早期护理干预对肌肉注射后硬结预防效果的临床观察

目的观察先兆流产、促排卵、胚胎移植术后患者在常规注射黄体酮后,使用传统的方法如热水袋、马铃薯片、按摩 马铃薯片加湿热敷等护理措施来预防臀部硬结的效果。方法将180例患者随机分为A、B、C3组,各60例,分别采取不同的护理措施预防臀部硬结,观察3组肌肉注射后硬结的发生情况。结果A组有效率为53.7%,B组有效率为73.6%,C组有效率为91.2%,3组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论按摩 马铃薯片加湿热敷的方法可预防长时间注射黄体酮引起臀部硬结的发生。

Observation about the prevention effects of early nursing intervention on the induration after intramuscularinjection

Objective To study the prevention effects of early nursing intervention on the induration after intramuscular injection. Methods Divided 180 patients who need intramuscular injection into the A, B and C group, there were 60 cases in the each group. Different nursing intervention method was used in the different group, and then compared the prevention effects of these method on the induration after intramuscular injection. Results The effective rate in the 3 groups was 53.7%, 73.6% and 91.2% respectively, there was significant difference in them,P<0.05. Conclusions Massage combined potato covering was an effective method to prevent the induration after long period intramuscular injection.
