| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药海螵蛸、骨碎补、三七、阿胶含药血清对体外培养大鼠成骨细胞增殖、分化功能的影响。方法:应用MTT法观察海螵蛸、骨碎补、三七、阿胶对体外培养成骨细胞增殖功能的影响,ELISA法观察海螵蛸、骨碎补、三七、阿胶对体外培养成骨细胞ALP含量的影响。结果:在成骨细胞的增殖方面,海螵蛸、三七含药血清对成骨细胞增殖有抑制作用,骨碎补、阿胶对成骨细胞增殖没有明显促进作用。在对成骨细胞内碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的作用方面,海螵蛸、骨碎补对体外培养大鼠成骨细胞内ALP的合成有抑制作用;三七没有明显作用;阿胶有明显的促进作用。结论:4种中药对体外培养大鼠成骨细胞增殖、分化功能的影响各不相同。海螵蛸对体外培养大鼠成骨细胞的增殖、分化功能有抑制作用;骨碎补对体外培养大鼠成骨细胞的增殖无明显作用,对其分化功能有抑制作用;三七对体外培养大鼠成骨细胞的增殖有抑制作用,对其分化功能作用不明显;阿胶对体外培养大鼠成骨细胞的增殖无促进作用,但能促进体外培养大鼠成骨细胞的分化功能。
