介绍了传统型中医临床人才模式的背景，结合上海中医药大学附属曙光医院的传统型中医临床人才培养及学科建设情况，提出了传统型中医临床人才的选拔目的、条件、方式以及培养方案和考核内容，并阐述了传统型中医临床人才的发展与使用，传统型中医临床学科的建设思路．提出了关于传统型中医临床人才与学科建设的几点思考。
