关于中西医临床医学本科教育现状及未来发展的思考

中西医协同救治新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)彰显了我国医学的独特优势,同时也引起了对中西医结合人才培养的新思考。创新发展中西医临床医学本科教育不仅是中西医结合医学教育事业的关键所在,也是加快建设教育现代化的时代要求。中西医临床医学本科教育经过近30年发展,取得了瞩目成绩,但同时也存在一定问题:一是切入点难以把握,理论体系未形成;二是本科学制偏短,学生规模较小;三是课程设置结而不合,缺乏统一教材;四是临床教学体系不完善,执业发展受限。通过对上述问题进行深入剖析,针对性地从国家层面、高校层面以及医院层面为中西医临床医学本科教育未来发展提出相关建议。

Reflections on current situation and future development of undergraduate education in clinical traditional Chinese and Western medicine

The coordinated treatment of COVID-19 by traditional Chinese and Western medicine highlights TCM’s unique advantages.At the same time,it also allows us to reconsider the cultivation of medical talents with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The innovative development of undergraduate education in clinical traditional Chinese and Western medicine is not only the key to the education of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,but also the requirement of the times to accelerate the modernization of TCM education.Although the undergraduate education in clinical traditional Chinese and Western medicine has made remarkable achievements in the past three decades,there are still some existing problems.First,the entry point of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is difficult to identify,and its theoretical system has not been established yet.Second,the length of undergraduate education is relatively short and the size of students is small.Third,the curricula of both medicines are inconsistent in design and the teaching materials are lack of unification.Forth,the clinical teaching system is incomplete and the practice development is limited.Based on the in-depth analysis of the above problems,this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions from the state,university and hospital perspectives for the future development of the undergraduate education in clinical traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
