Objective To investigate the clinical effect of invisible correction without brackets in the treatment of patients with congenital dentition and its influence on the periodontal plaque index and the depth of periodontal pocket probing.Methods:A total of 68 patients with congenital dentition in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with oral prosthetic treatment,and the study group was treated with invisible braces without brackets.Results:The PLI,PD,GI,and SBI of the study group were better than those of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group was satisfied with pronunciation function,comfort,appliance retention ability,and neat appearance after treatment The scores were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the language function and chewing function scores of the study group after treatment were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of invisible correction treatment without brackets in patients with congenital dentition is better.It can improve the periodontal plaque index,the depth of periodontal pocket exploration,the periodontal improvement,and improve the satisfaction and the patient's chewing and language functions.,It is worth promoting and applying.
