Changes and Comparison of Visual Function after Implantation of Spherical IOL and Aspheric IOL

Objective To explore the changes and comparison of visual function after spherical intraocular lens and aspheric intraocular lens implantation in cataract patients.Methods A retrospective analysis of 200 cataract patients admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 was divided into two groups according to the different im planted lenses,spherical group(n=58)and asphcrical group(n=142).The visual acuity,binocular stereopsis,complication rate and NEI-ROL-42 questionnaire score were compared beforeoperation,1 day after operation,1 week after operation,and 1 month after operation.Results There was no significant difference in visual acuity and binocular stereopsis between the two groups before and 1 day after operation(P>0.05).The visual acuity and binocular stereopsis of the aspherical group at 1 week and 1 month after surgery were significantly better than spherical group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative NEI-RQL-42 questionnaire in both groups were significantly improved than preoperation,and the score in the aspherical group was significantly higher than that of the spherical group(P
