实验室指标对急性胰腺炎发生器官衰竭的预测价值

急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)是由多种病因(包括胆源性、酒精性、高脂血症等)引起的腺泡细胞损伤及胰酶释放继以发生胰腺自身消化,从而导致胰腺炎症、出血、坏死、全身性炎症反应综合征和多器官功能衰竭等严重后果的疾病。在大多数患者中,AP患者一般病情较轻,病程及住院时间较短。轻度AP与器官衰竭无关,因此死亡率不到1%。

Predictive value of laboratory indicators for organ failure in acute pancreatitis

Acute pancreatitis is a common acute abdomen in clinic.Incidence rate and mortality rate increase year by year in China and even worldwide.Organ failure is the decisive factor in the severity of acute pancreatitis.At present,a variety of scoring systems are used to evaluate the condition and prognosis of acute pancreatitis,but it is more complex and has limited accuracy.Therefore,we hope to find a convenient,economic and effective laboratory indicators for early risk assessment,severity stratification and organ failure prediction of patients with acute pancreatitis,including blood routine indicators,coagulation function indicators,biochemicalindicators,and immune indicators.In this paper,the recent studies on the prediction of organ failure in acute pancreatitis by laboratory indexes are reviewed.
