常规胃肠镜对比无痛胃肠镜在消化道内镜中的作用分析

摘    要:目的:对比常规胃肠镜与无痛胃肠镜在消化道内镜中的作用。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年6月收治的110例消化道疾病患者,采用随机数字表法,分为对照组(n=55):行常规胃肠镜检查;观察组(n=55):行无痛胃肠镜检查,分析不同时间点相关指标心率(HR)、血压、与血氧饱和度(SpO2)],应激反应,并发症发生情况,检查优良率。结果:对照组的HR、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、SpO2不同时间点比较差异明显(P<0.05)。观察组的HR、DBP、SBP、SpO2不同时间点的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。检查前,两组应激反应比较无明显差异(P>0.05);检查中、检查后,两组的应激反应性对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:无痛胃肠镜在消化道疾病中的应用价值更佳。

Analysis of the effect of conventional gastroenteroscopy versus painless gastroenteroscopy in gastrointestinal endoscopy

Abstract:Objective:To compare the effects of conventional gastroenteroscopy and painless gastroenteroscopy in gastrointestinal endoscopy.Method:A total of 110 patients with gastrointestinal diseases admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to June 2020 were selected,with random number table method,divided into the control group(n=55):routine gastrointestinal endoscopy;observation group(n=55):perform painless gastrointestinal endoscopy,Analysis of relevant indicators at different time pointsheart rate(HR),blood pressure,andblood oxygen saturation(SpO2)],stress reaction and complications,check the excellent.Results:HR,DBP,SBP,SpO2 of the control group were significantly different at different time points(P<0.05).HR,DBP,SBP,SpO2 of the observation group showed no significantdifference at different time points(P>0.05).Before the examination,the stress response of the two groups was statistically compared,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).During and after the examination,the stress reactivity of the two groups was statistically compared,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The value of painless gastroenteroscopy in digestive tract diseases is better.
