强脉冲光联合A型肉毒毒素面部年轻化的效果观察

目的探讨强脉冲光联合A型肉毒毒素在面部年轻化中的效果。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月我院就诊的面部皮肤老化典型病例96例,按随机分组数字表分为对照组(48例)与研究组(48例),对照组予强脉冲光治疗,每4周治疗1次,连续治疗3次,研究组联合A型肉毒毒素进行微滴注射,注射点间隔1cm,每点注射0.05ml,比较两组治疗前后皮肤指标评分,患者满意度与不良反应。结果随访3个月,①皮肤指标评分:治疗前两组比较(P>0.05);治疗后研究组较对照组,患者水分、弹性评分明显更高,油脂、色斑评分明显更低(P<0.05);②总满意度:研究组(93.75%)显著高于对照组(79.17%)(χ²=4.36;P=0.03);③两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(10.42%vs8.33%,P>0.05)。结论对面部皮肤老化患者,采用强脉冲光联合A型肉毒毒素可有效改善面部皮肤含水量,增加弹性,减少油脂与色斑,改善肤质,治疗效果良好。患者满意度高,且不会增加不良反应,安全性较高。

Effect of Intense Pulsed Light Combined with Botulinum Toxin A on Facial Rejuvenation

Objective To investigate the effect of intense pulsed light combined with botulinum toxin A in facial rejuvenation.Methods 96 cases of typical cases of facial skin aging in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(48 cases)and study group(48 cases).The control group was treated with intense pulsed light,once every 4 weeks,for 3 consecutive times.The study group was combined with botulinum toxin type a microdrop injection,the interval between injection points was 1cm,and each point was injected with 0.05ml,Before and after the skin index score,patient satisfaction and adverse reactions.Results After 3 months of follow-up,①skin index score:before treatment,the two groups were compared(P>0.05);after treatment,the water and elasticity scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the scores of oil and stain were significantly lower(P<0.05);②the total satisfaction:the study group(93.75%)was significantly higher than the control group(79.17%)(χ²=4.36;P=0.03);③there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups Statistical significance(10.42%vs 8.33%,P>0.05).Conclusion Intense pulsed light combined with botulinum toxin A can effectively improve the moisture content of facial skin,increase elasticity,reduce oil and stain,and improve skin quality.Patients'satisfaction is high,and there is no increase in adverse reactions.
