Clinical application of physiological double eyelid surgery

Objective To explore the clinical application of double-eyelid blepharoplasty using the incision method which conforms to the physiological anatomy of double eyelids.Methods:56 patients treated in our hospital from October 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with double-eyelid blepharoplasty using the incision method which conforms to the physiological anatomy of double eyelids,and the control group was treated with double-eyelid blepharoplasty using the traditional incision method.The wound healing,postoperative scar,patient satisfaction,and complications were observed.Results:All the patients were followed up for 18 months.98%of patients in the observation group were satisfied with the double eyelid shape,and no serious complications occurred.Conclusion:Physiological double eyelid surgery has a natural and smooth radian,no depression scar formation,and significant clinical effects.It is a surgical method worthy of popularization.
