多功能激光光电平台对于CO2点阵激光治疗面部凹陷性瘢痕术后修复的疗效观察

目的观察多功能激光光电平台对于CO₂点阵激光治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕术后的皮肤反应以及修复时间的变化,探讨多功能激光光电平台对于治疗CO₂点阵激光治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的术后修复的临床疗效和安全性,为多功能激光光电平台在临床应用上提供一定的理论依据。方法病例均来源于2019年6月~2020年1月沈阳市第七人民医院美容皮肤科门诊患者,选取符合CO₂点阵激光治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕术后的60例患者,随机分为2组,30例为一组,对照组术后单纯给予外用药物修复治疗,观察组给予多功能激光光电平台联合外用药物修复治疗,观察两组修复方法患者的皮肤反应、修复时间及不良反应,对多功能激光光电平台的临床安全性进行评估。结果1、试验组患者术后疼痛、红斑、水肿、结痂及结痂脱落时间均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2、试验组患者VISIA检测红斑区百分位数在术后第3天、第7天明显高于对照组义,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);3、试验组患者TEWL值在术后第3天、第7天明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);4、两组治疗总有效率无显著差异;5、试验组出现疼痛加重1例,红斑期延长1例,感染0例,不良反应的发生率为6.66%,对照组出现疼痛加重1例,红斑期延长5例,感染0例,不良反应发生率为23.33%,差异无统计学意义,其中试验组出现红斑期延长的不良反应例数明显低于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多功能激光光电平台联合外用药物修复可明显缓解CO₂点阵激光治疗面部凹陷性瘢痕患者皮肤术后反应,缩短修复时间,加快皮肤屏障修复过程,且明显减少红斑期延长的不良反应,安全性较高,在临床应用上有一定价值。

Observation on the effect of multifunctional laser optoelectronic platform for the repair of facialdepressed scar after CO2 lattice laser treatment

Objective To observe the change of skin reaction and repair time after the treatment of acne scar with Sensifree Pro,to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Sensifree Pro in the treatment of acne scar after operation with CO₂ dot-matrix laser,and to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of Sensifree Pro.Methods The cases were all from the dermatology outpatient department of the 7th People's Hospital of Shenyang from June 2019 to January 2020.Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups:one group was 30 cases,the other group was 30 cases,the Control Group was given external drug repair therapy after operation,and the observation group was given Sensifree Pro combined with external drug repair therapy.The skin reaction,repair time and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed,to evaluate the clinical safety of Sensifree Pro.Results 1.After one week of treatment,the pain,Erythema,Edema,scab and the time of shedding of scab in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(p<0.05)2.The percentile of Erythema detected by Visia in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group on the 3rd and 7th day postoperatively(P<0.05)3.The value of TEWL in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group on the 3rd and 7th day postoperatively(P<0.05);4.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups;5.There was an aggravation of pain in the test group in 1 case,the rate of adverse reaction was 6.66%.In the control group,there were 1 case of increased pain,5 cases of prolonged Erythema and 0 cases of infection.The rate of adverse reaction was 23.33%,the number of adrs with prolonged Erythema in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Sensifree Pro and external medicine can obviously relieve the skin reaction of patients with facial sunken scar after laser treatment,shorten the repair time and speed up the repair process of skin barrier,it can reduce the adverse reaction of prolonged erythema phase and has high safety,and has certain value in clinical application.
