摘    要:艾滋病抗病毒治疗药物在预防母婴传播、艾滋病病毒感染的婴幼儿及儿童治疗中有广泛应用,但抗病毒治疗药物由于对γ多聚酶的抑制作用,容易引起线粒体损伤,虽然目前对婴幼儿的线粒体损伤研究较少,但却需更多关注.因此,本文主要针对中外母婴阻断、婴幼儿治疗中使用抗病毒治疗药物对线粒体损伤的研究进展进行综述.

Abstract:Antiretroviral drugs are used for HIV prevention of mother-to-child transmission and in treatment of HIVinfected infants and children.However,drugs can easily cause mitochondrial damage due to their inhibitory effect on the polymerase.This paper mainly summarizes the research progress of mitochondrial injury induced by the use of antiviral therapy in the treatment of HIV-infected infants.
