糖尿病患者胰岛素泵应用中护理问题及全程护理干预进展

糖尿病是临床一种常见代谢综合征,多饮、多尿、多食、消瘦、疲乏无力等是该疾病的主要症状,如果不及时采取有效方法治疗,将导致患者病情更加严重,从而给患者的生命健康安全带来直接威胁。胰岛素泵是采取持续皮下胰岛素输注的方式,其是模拟人体胰岛素分泌模式持续脉冲式皮下输注胰岛素,其能达到有效控制糖尿病患者全天血糖值的目的。应用胰岛素泵治疗将糖尿病患者血糖控制在理想范围内,是公认的最佳治疗方式。本文就糖尿病患者胰岛素泵护理中的问题及全程护理干预进行综述,以此为提高糖尿病患者临床疗效奠定基础。

Nursing problems in the application of insulin pump in diabetic patients and progress of whole nursing intervention

Diabetes is a common metabolic syndrome in clinic.The main symptoms of this disease are drinking,urinating,eating,wasting,fatigue and weakness.If we don't take effective treatment in time,it will lead to a more serious condition of the patient,which will bring a direct threat to the life and health of the patient.Insulin pump adopts continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion,which simulates the human body's insulin secretion mode and continuous pulse subcutaneous insulin infusion.It can achieve the purpose of effectively controlling diabetic patients'blood glucose value throughout the day.Insulin pump therapy is recognized as the best way to control the blood glucose in diabetic patients within the ideal range.In this paper,the problems in insulin pump nursing for diabetic patients and the whole nursing intervention were reviewed,so as to lay the foundation for improving the clinical efficacy of diabetic patients.
