国内居家养老领域研究现状

目的：梳理和分析我国居家养老研究现状、研究热点、前沿方向和发展趋势，为今后的居家养老领域研究提供理论参考。方法：以中国知网（CNKI）数据库中1998-2021年1 018篇CSSCI文献作为数据源，利用CiteSpace软件进行文献计量分析。结果：近年来居家养老领域研究不断拓展，发文量逐年增加且处于稳定发展阶段；研究学者及机构合作网络较松散，未形成核心作者群；研究热点集中于养老模式、社区居家养老服务体系、居家养老需求意愿与供给、发展困境与路径研究四大主题。结论：居家养老领域需推进农村居家养老服务体系研究，鼓励更多社会力量参与多主体的居家养老服务供给研究，利用大数据、智能化等高新技术手段推进智慧居家养老研究；鼓励学者和机构进行更加广泛的研究合作，创新具有中国特色的本土化理论成果和开展多方实践应用。

A review of the research status in the field of home-based elderly care in China

Objective To sort out and analyze the research status of home-based elderly care in China and to sort out the research hotspots, frontier directions and development trends in this field, and to provide theoretical reference for future research in the field of home-based elderly care. Methods A total of 1018 articles from 1998 to 2021 in CNKI database were used as data sources, and CiteSpace software was used for bibliometric analysis. Results In recent years, the research on home-based elderly care has gradually expanded, and the literature is increasing year by year and the cooperation network of research scholars and institutions is loose without no core author group. The research hotspots focus on four hot topics: elderly care model, community home-based elderly care service system, demand willingness and supply of home-based elderly care, development dilemma and path research. Conclusion In the field of home-based elderly care, it is necessary to promote the research of rural home-based elderly care service system, encourage more social forces to participate in the exploration of multi-subject home-based elderly care service supply research, and integrate high-tech means such as big data and intelligence to promote the research of smart home-based elderly care; Encourage more extensive research cooperation between scholars and institutions, innovate localized theoretical achievements with Chinese characteristics, and carry out multi-practical applications.
