CO2点阵激光联合伊可尔治疗难治性掌跖疣疗效观察

目的观察CO₂点阵激光联合伊可尔治疗难治性掌跖疣的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取掌跖部多发,经其他疗法治疗后复发的难治性掌跖疣患者58例,患者平均分为两组,对照组29例先选择激光功率0.5-2W将皮损磨削薄直至焦痂或点状出血,之后采用CO₂点阵模式10-20mJ/cm2治疗,每周治疗一次,连续治疗4周。观察组29例观察组:CO₂点阵激光治疗仪器及治疗方法与对照组相同。激光治疗完毕,使用伊可尔药水棉片湿敷患处2小时,激光治疗后连续湿敷伊可尔棉片5天,停药2天至下一次激光治疗后继续湿敷,连续治疗4周。2组均随访观察6个月。结果:58例患者均完成治疗,治疗4周后,观察组总有效率93.10%,病损清除率为77.82%,均高于对照组的72.41%、60.81%,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。6个月后,观察组复发率10.34%,对照组复发率37.93%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组不良反应差异无统计学差异。结论:CO₂点阵激光联合伊可尔治疗难治性掌跖疣疗效优于单用CO₂点阵激光。联用伊可尔降低了难治性掌跖疣的复发率,并且操作简便,安全性高。

Clinical observation of CO2lattice laser combined with icolor in the treatment of refractory verruca palmaris

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of CO₂lattice laser combined with icolor in the treatment of refractory verruca palmaris.Methods:58 patients with multiple palmoplantar warts were selected and equally divided into two groups.29 patients in the control group were treated with laser power of 0.5-2w to grind the lesions to eschar or spot bleeding,and then they were treated with CO₂lattice mode of 10-20mj/cm2,once a week for 4 weeks.Observation group:29 cases of observation group:CO₂lattice laser treatment equipment and treatment methods are the same as the control group.After laser treatment,the affected area was wet compressed with ikol water cotton tablets for 2 hours.After laser treatment,the treatment lasted for 5 days,and the treatment lasted for 4 weeks.Both groups were followed up for 6 months.Results:58 patients completed the treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.10%,and the lesion clearance rate was 77.82%,which were higher than 72.41%and 60.81%of the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 10.34%,and that of the control group was 37.93%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of CO₂lattice laser combined with icolor in the treatment of refractory palmoplantar warts is better than that of CO₂lattice laser alone.It is easy to operate and has high safety.
