综合护理在红蓝光治疗重度痤疮中的临床效果和对生活质量的影响

目的探讨综合护理在红蓝光治疗重度痤疮中的临床效果和对生活质量的影响。方法运用随机号码抽样法将我院收治的88例重度痤疮患者分为对照组(44例)和观察组(44例),两组患者均接受红蓝光治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理。比较两组疗效及痤疮消退时间,理前后两组患者心理状态和生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.91%,高于对照组75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ²=3.938,P=0.047)痤疮消退时间为(25.95±6.27)d,明显短于对照组的(29.68±8.25)d,差异有统计学意义(t=2.388,P=0.019)。两组患者护理前焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和皮肤病生活质量量表(DQOLS)得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组SAS、SDS得分较对照组低,DQOLS得分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理有利于帮助重度痤疮患者树立信心,提升对疾病认知和行为,缩短痤疮消退时间,提升临床效果及生活质量。

The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of severe acne with red and blue light and its influence on the quality of life

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of severe acne with red and blue light and its influence on the quality of life.Methods The 88 patients with severe acne admitted to our hospital were divided into a control group(44 cases)and an observation group(44 cases)using random number sampling.Both groups received red and blue treatments. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given comprehensive Care. The curative effect and time ofacne remission between the two groups were compared, and the mental state and quality of life of the two groups were compared beforeand after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.91%, which was higher than 75.00%in the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( χ 2=3.938, P =0.047) The acne remission time was (25.95±6.27)days, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group(29.68±8.25) d, the difference was statistically significant (t=2.388,P =0.019). There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the two groups of patients on the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Dermatological Quality of Life Scale (DQOLS) before nursing (P >0.05). After nursing,the observation group SAS The score of SDS was lower than that of the control group, and the score of DQOLS was higher than that ofthe control group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive care can help patients with severeacne build confidence, improve disease awareness and behavior, shorten the time for acne resolution, and improve clinical results andquality of life.
