摘    要:本文以~3H-胸苷掺入量作为细胞增殖指标,证实了被低温冷冻的牛视网膜色素上皮(RPE)细胞释放促进RPE细胞自身增殖的可溶性物质,其分子量大于10000。这一结果对探讨眼科冷冻治疗中涉及RPE的治疗效应和并发症提供了某些新的解释。

Abstract:H-thymidine incorporation(as a proliferation maker)confirms that the frozen bovine RPE cells release a resolvable material which can promote the proliferation of RPE cells.and the molecular weight of the material is more than 10 000 Daltions.This result provided some new explanations about the effect and complications of ophthalmic cryotherapy related to RPE.
