渴乐宁胶囊的药效研究

摘    要:目的研究渴乐宁胶囊对实验小白鼠的降血糖作用、耐糖作用及滋阴补气作用。方法观察正常小白鼠和四氧嘧啶糖尿病大白鼠及葡萄糖性高血糖小白鼠灌服该药后的血糖值变化;观察该药对甲亢“阴虚”型小白鼠的耗氧影响及该药对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小白鼠体质量、饮水量的影响。结果该药能使正常小白鼠和四氧嘧啶糖尿病大白鼠及葡萄糖性高血糖小白鼠的血糖值降低;使四氧嘧啶糖尿病小白鼠体质量增加,饮水量减少并能延长甲亢“阴虚”型小白鼠常压缺氧存活时间。结论渴乐宁胶囊具有降低血糖、增加体质量、减少饮水量、滋阴补气等功效。

Abstract:Objective It is to study lowering blood sugar action,enduring sugar action and nourishing Yin and invigorating Qi action of Thirst Reliever capsule on white rats.Methods The changes of blood sugar level of normal white mice,alloxandiabetes albino rats and glucose's hyperglycemia white mice were observed after drenching Thirst Reliever capsule.The influence of consuming oxygen of Thirst Reliever capsule on hyperthyreosis and Yin asthenia white mice was observed. The influence of Thirst Reliever capsule on body mass and drinking water quantity of alloxandiabetes white mice was observed.Results Thirst Reliever capsule could lower the blood sugar levels of normal white mice,alloxandiabetes albino rats and glucose's hyperglycemia white mice,could increase the body mass and decrease the drinking water quantity of alloxandiabetes white mice,and could prolong the survival time of hyperthyreosis and Yin asthenia white mice under normal pressure and want oxygen state.Conclusion Thirst Reliever capsule has the effects of lowering blood sugar,increasing body mass,decreasing drinking water quantity and nourishing Yin and invigorating Qi.
