腹腔镜治疗卵巢肿瘤肿块64例临床分析

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗在妇科卵巢肿瘤 /肿块应用价值。方法采用腹腔镜下检查术 ,治疗术。对卵巢肿瘤 /肿块活检为良性 ,腹腔镜下行卵巢肿瘤剥离术或卵巢肿瘤切除术 ,选择同期病例 ,分成开腹组 ,腹腔镜组对照 ,观察手术时间 ,术中出血量 ,术后肛门排气时间 ,住院天数。结果腹腔镜组手术时间短 ,术中出血量少于开腹组 ,分别为 (4 8± 17min比 75± 2 3min ,5 2± 16ml,比 84± 2 5ml) ;住院天数 ,肛门排气时间短于开腹组分别为 (2 4± 2 .0 5d比 6± 1.2d ,1.2 3± 0 .6d比 2 .5± 0 .8d)。结论腹腔镜组 :创伤小 ,术时出血少 ,术后病人恢复快 ,腹腔镜手术适宜于妇科良性卵巢肿瘤 /肿块的治疗。

Applied value of laparoscope in the gynecology

Objective To explore the applied value of laparoscopic surgery in gynecology.Methods The diagnostic laparoscopy was used to diagnose common gynecological diseas.The 64 cases of benign ovarian tumor with laparotomy were chosen as controlled groups.Results Laparoscopic surgery required the time of 48±17min,with blood loss of 52±16ml.patients received the operation were hospitalized for 2.9±2.05 days. and recovered from functional disorder of intestine after operation at 1.23±0.6 days. laporoscopic surgery was not only less in Lasting timg of operation.Hospitalizedday and volum of blood loss,but also faster in recovery of intestinal function than controlled groups.Conclusions The surgical teatment of benign tumor in gynecology with laparoscope is a minimally traumatic surgery a few of blood loss during poerating and fast,recovery of intestine function after operation
