| 摘 要： | 目的:本文综述肥大细胞(MC)在功能性消化不良(FD)发病机制中作用.方法:选择涉及到肥大细胞病理生理作用 的文章,重点是近年来有关肥大细胞在功能性消化不良发病机制中作用的文章.结果:功能性消化不良患者胃感觉 过敏和动力障碍与胃黏膜肥大细胞数量增多及脱颗粒有关.结论:在功能性消化不良的发病机制中,肥大细胞可能 起一定作用.

| Abstract: | Objective This article reviews the current understanding of the role of mast cells (MC) in the pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia (FD). Methods Reference sources were selected because of their pertinence to the pathophysiological effects of mast cells. Recent articles were emphasized about the role of mast cells in the pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia. Result Gastric hypersensitivity and motor disorders existing in functional dyspepsia may be correlated with the increase of the number and of the degranulation of mast cells in gastric mucosa. Conclusion The mast cells in gastric mucosa may be the cause for the pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia. |
