老年慢性阻塞性肺病急性期的营养治疗

目的 :探讨营养支持治疗对老年慢性阻塞性肺病 (COPD)急性期的疗效。方法 :76例老年COPD急性期住院患者随机分为 2组 ,均按常规治疗 ,营养组同时配合营养治疗。观察 2组营养状况、免疫功能和呼吸功能变化、平均住院天数及二重感染数。结果 :治疗后营养组营养状况、免疫功能、呼吸功能明显改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,住院时间缩短 ,二重感染机率低。结论 :合理的营养支持治疗有利于老年COPD患者的康复 ,是降低呼吸衰竭发生率和死亡率的重要手段之一。

Rehabilitation Effect of the Nutritional Therapy on Aged Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease during Acute Period

Objective: To study the effect of nutritional supporting therapy on aged chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) during acute period. Methods: Seventy six inpatients with COPD during acute period were divided into two groups randomly: treatment group and control group. Both two groups were treated with routine method, but in the treatment group, the patients were subjected to nutritional therapy at the same time. The improvement of nutritional status, changes of immune function and respiratory function, average hospital stay and double infection were observed in the two groups. Results: In treatment group, nutritional status, immune function and respiratory function were improved significantly. Meanwhile, hospital stay was shortened and the incidence of double infection was decreased. Conclusion: Reasonable nutritional supporting therapy is of great benefit to the rehabilitation of aged COPD patients and is one of the important ways for decreasing the incidence and mortality of respiratory failure.
