女性压力性尿失禁非手术治疗进展

压力性尿失禁是中老年妇女的常见病,严重影响妇女的生活质量.女性压力性尿失禁的治疗包括手术治疗和非手术治疗.手术治疗适于中、重度压力性尿失禁,而非手术治疗一般适用于年轻的、轻至中度的压力性尿失禁,尤其在提高患者的生活质量方面有很大的帮助,亦可作为手术治疗前后的辅助治疗.非手术治疗方法很多,包括生活方式干预、盆底肌肉锻炼、生物反馈训练、功能性电刺激治疗、功能性体外磁波刺激、膀胱训练和药物治疗等,应个体化选择治疗方法.该文就近年来女性压力性尿失禁非手术治疗的进展进行简要综述.

Progress in non-surgical treatment of female stress urinary incontinence

Stress urinary incontinence(SUI) is a common condition in middle-aged and senile women,which seriously affects the quality of their lives.Treatment of female SUI includes surgical treatment and non-surgical treatment.Surgical treatment is suitable for those women with moderate and severe SUI,while non-surgical treatment is suitable for those younger women with mild to moderate SUI and it can improve quality of life of incontinent women and can be used as a preoperative or/and postoperative adjunctive treatment.Non-surgical treatment includes intervention of life styles,pelvic floor muscle exercises(PFME),biofeedback(BFB),functional electrical stimulation(FES),functional extracorporeal magnetic stimulation(FMB),bladder training and pharmacotherapy (alfa-mimetics,estrogens,duloxetine) and so on.Selection of non-surgical treatment should be individualized.We summarized progress in non-surgical treatment of female SUI in this review.
