摘    要:目的探讨乙肝病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)高浓度标本的准确稀释方法。方法采用化学发光法定量检测HBsAg。从体检和临床标本中筛选出77份大于180ng/ml的HBsAg高浓度值血清进行梯度稀释,然后进行定量检测。结果 4种稀释液中添加牛血清蛋白(BSA)最为合适,4种稀释液对于这种高值血清的最适稀释比例为1∶100和1∶10000。结论对于HBsAg高浓度标本,采取合适的稀释液,按照一定比例稀释后再进行定量检测,能够得到HBsAg准确结果 。

Abstract:Objective]To investigate the accurate dilution method for high concentration samples of HBsAg.Methods]Chemoluminescence method ?was adopted for quantitative detection of HBsAg. A total of 77 serum samples of HBsAg high concentration (180 ng/ml) screened from physical examination and clinical specimens were conducted gradient dilution,and then were quantitatively detected.Results]BSA was appropriately added in 4 kinds of dilution,and the optimal dilution ratio of high concentration serum was 1:100 and 1:10 000.Conclusion]For high concentration HBsAg serum samples,quantitative determination after appropriate dilution with a certain proportion can get an accurate result of HBsAg.
