老年人消化性溃疡37例的治疗

目的:探讨采用不同方法治疗老年消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法:抽取37例患有消化性溃疡的临床确诊患者病例,将其分为A、B两组,其中A组17例患者采用法莫替丁进行治疗;B组20例患者采用奥美拉唑进行治疗。结果:A组的总有效率为90%,B组的总有效率为70.6%。B组患者的临床症状表现的改善效果、溃疡愈合时间明显优于A组。结论:应用奥美拉唑对患有消化性溃疡的老年患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。

The old 37 cases treatment of peptic ulcer

Objective:To investigate the different methods for the treatment of senile peptic ulcer clinical effect.Methods:Selected 37 cases with peptic ulcer in patients with clinically diagnosed cases,which can be divided into two groups of A,B,A group of 17 patients with famotidine for treatment;20 cases in group B patients were treated with omeprazole.Results:A result in A group,the total effective rate was 90% in B group,the total efficiency of 70.6%.Group B patients showed clinical signs of improvement,the wound healing time was significantly better than that of A group.Conclusion:Using prilosec for people with chronic peptic ulcer of older patients treated with the clinical effect is very obvious.
