单纯性肥胖儿童血脂水平分析

目的了解单纯性肥胖儿童血脂水平,为心脑血管疾病的早期预防提供基础资料。方法对湛江市城区67名肥胖儿童和70名正常体重儿童分别进行血脂水平测定。结果肥胖组儿童总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、载脂蛋白B（ApoB）、脂蛋白（a）[Lp（a）]的水平高于体重正常组儿童,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、载脂蛋白AI（ApoAI）水平则低于体重正常组儿童,差异有统计学意义（P值均〈0.05）。TG,HDL-C,HDL-C3项指标异常率肥胖组较对照组高（P值均〈0.05）;儿童肥胖度与血脂TC,LDL-C,ApoB呈正相关关系,而与HDL-C呈负相关关系。结论单纯性肥胖儿童在学龄期即可出现脂类代谢异常,应及早采取干预措施。

Study on the Serum Lipid Levels of Simple Obesity Children

Objective To study the serum lipid levels of simple obesity children in Zhanjiang, and to provide data for early prevention of cardiovascular heart disease in children. Methods Serum lipid levels were assayed in 67 simple obesity children and 70 non-obesity children in Zhanjiang city. Results Compared with normal weight children, simple obesity children had higher TC, TG, LDL-C,apoB, Lp(a) levels and lower HD-C, apoAI levels(P<0.05). The abnormal rates of TC, HDL-C and LDL-C among obese children was obviously higher than that of normal-weight children. Childhood obesity degree was positively correlated with TC, LDL-C apoB levels and negatively with the HDL-C level. Conclusion Simple obesity children have serum lipids metabolic disorder. Intervention measures should be adopted in early.
