重度有机磷农药中毒的急救分析

目的探讨血液灌流联合血液透析治疗重度有机磷农药中毒的疗效。方法选择重度有机磷农药中毒患者70例,分为透析组与非透析组,研究两组患者的昏迷时间、达阿托品化时间、阿托品化量、CHE恢复时间、阿托品用量、住院时间及死亡率等项目。结果透析组患者的昏迷时间、达阿托品化时间、CHE恢复时间及住院时间显著短于非透析组（p〈0.05）,阿托品用量减少,死亡率明显降低。结论血液灌流联合血液透析治疗重度有机磷农药中毒有效降低了临床死亡率。
