| 摘 要： | 急性缺血性卒中患者采取何种头位,目前仍存在争议。近年来越来越多研究提示改变卒中患者头部位置会影响患者脑血流灌注,进而可能影响患者神经功能恢复。作者总结了近年来发表的急性缺血性卒中头位研究的相关文献,探讨了改变头部位置对脑血流及卒中患者神经功能结局的影响,以提高有关头位对急性脑梗死影响的认识。

| Abstract: | There is still a debate about what kind of head position is proper in patients with acute ischemic stroke.More and more studies,in recent years,have suggested that changing the head position of patients who are suffering from an ischemic stroke will affect the cerebral blood perfusion,which may affect the recovery of neurological function.Therefore,this review summarizes the recent literature on the study of the head position in acute ischemic stroke,and investigates its effect of cerebral blood perfusion and neurological function in ischemic stroke patients,aiming at improving the understanding of its impact on acute ischemic stroke. |
