摘    要:目的]采用高效液相色谱法测定溶栓颗粒中阿魏酸的含量.方法]采用C18色谱柱Kromasil 5 μ100A(250 mmx4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇:5%醋酸溶液(24:76);流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:25℃;检测波长:323 nm.结果]阿魏酸在3.02~18.12 μg/ml范围内呈良好线形关系,r=0.9999,(n=6),平均加样回收率为100.2%,RSD=1.2%(n=6).结论]该法可作为溶栓颗粒的质量控制方法.

Abstract:Objective] To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in Rongshuan grannule. Methods] The chromatographic conditions included Kromasil 5 μ 100A C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μ m) and mobile phase consisting of methyl alcohol:5% acetic acid (24:76). The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,column temperature was at 25℃ ; detection wavelength was 323 nm. Results] The calibration curve was linear in the range of 3.02-18.12 μ g/ml for ferulic acid, r=0.9999, (n = 6) ; the average recovery was 100.2, and RSD was 1.2% (n = 6). Conclusions ]This method is available for the quality control of Rongshuan grannule.
