摘    要:研究了高压对17α-羟基孕甾-4-烯-3,20-二酮-21-醋酸酯(RSA)在水中溶解性的影响,结果表明:高压可显著提高RSA在水中的溶解性;RSA在压力为1.0MPa时在水中溶解性达到最高;同时处理时间及温度均会影响RSA在水中溶解性,但不同气源间对RSA在水中溶解性无显著差异;经显微镜观察发现高压会破坏RSA的晶体结构,使其以细小结晶和碎片的形式存在于水溶液中;利用.MATLAB统计工具计算得到压力和温度对RsA溶解性影响的多元回归方程;lnC=-1.1459 0.1267lnP-37.323/T,经F检验可知该方程可以用于对RSA在水中溶解性的预测分析。

Abstract:The effect of high pressure on the solubility of RSA in water was studied. Results showed that the pressure could improve RSA solubility evidently and the highest solubility appeared at 1.0MPa, the temperature treat time also affected the RSA solubility in water, but there was no remarkable difference in RSA solubility between N 2and CO 2. The pressure could destroy the crystal structure of RSA so lead RSA in water with forms of smaller crystal and chips. Analysis with MATLAB get a regression equation that showed the effect of pressure and temperature on solubility of RSA in water, that is lnC= -1.1459+ 0.1267lnP-37.323/T
