加替沙星序贯疗法对下呼吸道感染的临床评价

目的 评价加替沙星序贯疗法的疗效。方法 68例下呼吸道感染者随机分为序贯治疗组和静脉给药对照组进行治疗。结果 序贯组和对照组治疗老年人下呼吸道感染有效率分别为88．23％（30／34）和91．18％（31／34），细菌清除率分别为92．85％和92．59％，统计学分析两组间均差异无显著性。结论 加替沙星序贯疗法是一安全、有效、经济、方便的治疗方法。

Study of sequential therapy of gatifloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of sequential therapy of gatifloxacin.Methods 68 cases with lower respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into sequential therapy group and control group with gatifloxacin intravenously.Results The clinical effective rates were 88.23%(30/34) vs 91.18%(31/34),and the total bacterial eradication rates were 92.85% vs 92.59%.There were no statistically significant differences between sequential therapy group and control group.Conclusion The sequential therapy of gatifloxacin is a treatment with safety,efficacy,economy and convenience,for lower respiratory tract infection.
