Application of Standardized Early Activity Program in the Nursing of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction after PCI

Objective To explore the application effect of standardized early activity program in the nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 57 patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing PCI in our hospital from August 2019 to September 2020 were divided into control group(n=26)and observation group(n=31)according to different postoperative nursing intervention methods.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received standardized early activity program on the basis of the control group.The quality of life after intervention and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the GQOL-74 scores of each dimension in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 25.81%,significantly lower than 61.54%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Standardized early activity program applied in the nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI can significantly improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
