摘    要:多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种常见的影响育龄期妇女的内分泌疾病,病因尚未明确,是导致无排卵性不孕的主要原因。高雄激素血症是PCOS的主要特征之一,高雄激素水平可能会导致卵泡闭锁,但雄激素生成机制的改变尚不明确,可能依赖于多个传导通路的相互作用。明确PCOS高雄激素血症相关的信号转导通路,可以为PCOS的治疗提供新思路。本文结合既往研究,对PCOS卵泡内促进雄激素分泌以及高雄激素水平导致卵泡发育异常的信号转导通路进行综述。

Abstract:Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common endocrine disease affecting women of childbearing age.The etiology of PCOS is not clear,which is the main cause of anovulatory infertility.Hyperandrogenemia is one of the main characteristics of PCOS.The high level of androgen may lead to follicular atresia,but the mechanism of androgen production is still unclear,which may depend on the interaction of multiple pathways.To clarify the signal transduction pathway related to hyperandrogenemia in PCOS can provide a new idea for the treatment of PCOS.Combined with previous studies,this paper reviews the signal transduction pathways that promote androgen secretion in PCOS follicles and the abnormal follicular development caused by high androgen level.
