临床护理人员乳腺增生患病情况与心理状态的相关性

目的 探讨临床护理人员乳腺增生患病情况与心理状态的相关性。方法 选取2019年3月至2020年1月我院的150名在职临床护理人员,根据乳腺增生患病情况,将患乳腺增生的护理人员纳入病例组,未患乳腺增生的护理人员纳入健康对照组。比较两组的心理状态,并分析临床护理人员乳腺增生患病情况与心理状态的相关性。结果 150名临床护理人员中,患乳腺增生60例,未患乳腺增生90例。SAS、 SDS评分与临床护理人员患乳腺增生有关(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示, SAS、SDS评分高是导致临床护理人员患乳腺增生的危险因素(OR>1, P<0.05)。结论 临床护理人员心理状态与乳腺增生具有一定相关性,且不良心理状态是导致护理人员患乳腺增生的危险因素。

Correlation between the Prevalence of Breast Hyperplasia and the Psychological State of Clinical Nursing Staff

Objective To explore the correlation between the prevalence of breast hyperplasia and the psychological state of clinical nursing staff.Methods 150 in-service clinical nursing staff in our hospital from March 2019 to January 2020 were selected.Based on the prevalence of breast hyperplasia,nursing staff with breast hyperplasia were selected as the case group,and nursing staff without breast hyperplasia were selected as the healthy control group.The psychological state of the two groups was compared,and the correlation between the prevalence of breast hyperplasia and the psychological state of clinical nursing staff was analyzed.Results Among 150 clinical nursing staff,60 had breast hyperplasia and 90 had no breast hyperplasia.SAS and SDS scores were related to breast hyperplasia of clinical nursing staff(P<0.05).Logistic regression results showed that high SAS and SDS scores were the risk factors of breast hyperplasia in clinical nursing staff(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions There is a certain correlation between the psychological state and the breast hyperplasia in clinical nursing staff,and the bad psychological state is a risk factor for nursing staff suffering from breast hyperplasia.
