Influence of Anesthesia Recovery Nursing Combined with Heat Preservation Nursing on Intraoperative Stress Response and Agitation during the Recovery Period in Patients with General Anesthesia

Objective To explore the influence of anesthesia recovery nursing combined with heat preservation nursing on intraoperative stress response and agitation during the recovery period in patients with general anesthesia.Methods 110 patients with general anesthesia surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.On the basis of routine nursing,the control group was given anesthesia recovery nursing,and the observation group was given anesthesia recovery nursing combined with heat preservation nursing.The vital sign indicators before operation and at tracheal extubation,the recovery indicators and the agitation during the recovery period were compared between the two groups.Results At tracheal extubation,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The PACU retention time,extubation time and complete recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of agitation in the observation group was 5.45%,lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Anesthesia recovery nursing combined with heat preservation nursing can effectively alleviate the stress response of patients with general anesthesia,promote postoperative wakefulness and reduce the risk of agitation during the recovery period.
