电刺激生物反馈治疗仪对不同分娩方式产妇产后盆底功能恢复的影响研究

摘    要:目的 探讨电刺激生物反馈治疗仪对不同分娩方式产妇产后盆底功能恢复的影响。方法 选取2019年1月至2021年7月进行产后盆底功能恢复的94例产妇,根据分娩方式不同分为自然分娩组(n=53)和产钳助产组(n=41)。两组产妇均采用电刺激生物反馈治疗仪,比较两组产妇的盆底压力、盆底肌力分布情况以及盆底功能障碍相关并发症发生情况。结果 治疗后,自然分娩组的盆底收缩压、盆底静息压均高于产钳助产组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的盆底肌力分布情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,自然分娩组的盆底肌力分布情况优于产钳助产组(P<0.05)。自然分娩组的盆底功能障碍相关并发症发生率为3.8%,低于产钳助产组的19.5%(P<0.05)。结论 与产钳助产相比,电刺激生物反馈治疗仪对自然分娩产妇盆底功能的改善效果更为显著。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of electrical stimulation biofeedback therapeutic instrument on postpartum pelvic floor function recovery of puerperae with different delivery modes.Methods 94 puerperae with postpartum pelvic floor function recovery from January 2019 to July 2021 were selected and divided into natural delivery group(n=53)and forcep delivery group(n=41)according to different delivery modes.Both groups used electrical stimulation biofeedback therapeutic instrument.The pelvic floor pressure,pelvic floor muscle strength distribution and pelvic floor dysfunction related complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pelvic floor systolic pressure and pelvic floor resting pressure of the natural delivery group were higher than those of the forcep delivery group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the pelvic floor muscle strength distribution between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength distribution of the natural delivery group was higher than that of the forcep delivery group(P<0.05).The incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction related complications in the natural delivery group was 3.8%,lower than 19.5%in the forcep delivery group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with forcep delivery,electrical stimulation biofeedback therapeutic instrument has better improvement effect on pelvic floor function of puerperae with natural delivery.
