Influence of Joint Mobilization Combined with Extracorporeal Shock Wave on Pain Degree and Shoulder Joint Function in Patients with Shoulder Joint Sport Injury

Objective To observe the influence of joint mobilization combined with extracorporeal shock wave on pain degree and shoulder joint function in patients with shoulder joint sport injury.Methods 60 patients with shoulder joint sport injury admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group was treated with joint mobilization,and the observation group was treated with joint mobilization combined with extracorporeal shock wave.The treatment effect,pain degree and shoulder function recovery were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,higher than 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 day and 7 days of treatment,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pain subscale and dysfunction subscale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Joint mobilization combined with extracorporeal shock wave can effectively alleviate the pain degree of patients with shoulder joint sport injury,and improve the shoulder joint function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
