人性化护理模式对急诊心绞痛患者心理状态及疼痛程度的影响分析

目的 观察人性化护理模式对急诊心绞痛患者心理状态及疼痛程度的影响。方法 选择2019年1月至2021年1月我院收治的90例急诊心绞痛患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各45例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施人性化护理模式。比较两组的心理状态、疼痛程度、护理满意度。结果 护理后,观察组的SAS、 SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后1 d、 3 d,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论 人性化护理模式可有效改善急诊心绞痛患者的心理状态,减轻疼痛程度,提高其护理满意度。

Analysis on the Influence of Humanized Nursing Model on Psychological State and Pain Degree of Emergency Patients with Angina Pectoris

Objective To observe the influence of humanized nursing model on psychological state and pain degree of emergency patients with angina pectoris.Methods 90 emergency patients with angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given humanized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The psychological state,pain degree and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).1 day and 3 days after nursing,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 93.33%,higher than 73.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Humanized nursing model can effectively improve the psychological state,reduce the pain degree,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of emergency patients with angina pectoris.
