Effect of Compression Plate Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Limb Fractures and the Influence on Postoperative Recovery

Objective To observe the effect of compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of limb fractures and the influence on postoperative recovery.Methods 112 patients with limb fractures admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=56)and control group(n=56).The control group was treated with simple plate screw internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with compression plate internal fixation.The clinical indictors,postoperative pain degree and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores at 1 d,3 d and 7 d after operation of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.36%,lower than 21.43%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compression plate internal fixation has significant effect in the treatment of patients with limb fractures,and can promote postoperative recovery,and relieve the pain degree,with higher safety.
