Progress of treatments of recurrent implantation failure

Recurrent implantation failure(RIF)refers to that the patient still cannot conceive normally after repeated embryo transfer.RIF can be attributed to maternal factors and embryonic factors.Maternal factors can also be divided into local endometrial receptivity and systemic factors.Consistent with the causes of RIF,clinical treatments are launched to improve endometrial receptivity,rectify systemic factors including hypercoagulable state and dysimmunity,and advance embryo implantation rate.Most of current therapies are based on the enhancement of endometrial receptivity including correction of abnormal anatomical structure,as well as intrauterine perfusion of HCG,peripheral blood mononuclear cells,granulocyte colony stimulating factor and platelet rich plasma.The therapeutic efficacy of different methods diverse from clinical centers and patient groups.This paper reviews the clinical progress of RIF treatment in recent years.
