Effect of cluster nursing strategy on patients with bladder spasm after transurethral resection of prostate

Objective:To investigate the effect of cluster nursing strategy on bladder spasm after transurethral resection of prostate.Methods:A total of 102 patients with bladder spasm in this hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by convenience sampling method, with 51 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing, and the observation group adopted cluster nursing strategy.Postoperative adverse reactions, improvement of bladder spasm and quality of life were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention, postoperative adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group.The improvement of bladder spasm such as urinary duct obstruction was significantly better than that of the control group, and the quality of life score was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusions:Cluster nursing strategy for patients with bladder spasm after transurethral resection of prostate can reduce postoperative bradycardia, headache and other adverse events, shorten the duration of bladder spasm and improve the quality of life.
