Application of Patient-Centered Nursing Model in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and the Influence on Stress Response of Patients

Objective To explore the application effect of patient-centered nursing model in laparoscopic cholecystectomy and the influence on stress response of patients.Methods 64 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(patient-centered nursing model)and control group(routine emergency nursing)according to the order of single and double grouping,with 32 cases in each group.The physiological stress response,psychological stress response and postoperative recovery of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the insulin and cortisol levels and the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the adrenaline level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the VAS score of the observation group was lower,and the anal exhaust time and out-of-bed activity time were shorter(P<0.05).Conclusions Patient-centered nursing model can reduce the physiological and psychological stress response of patients with emergency laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and promote the postoperative recovery.
