| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of TCM emotional nursing combined with acupoint massage on sleep quality and cancer-related fatigue in chemotherapy patients with lung cancer.Methods 82 chemotherapy patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(TCM emotional nursing+acupoint massage)and control group(routine nursing),with 41 cases in each group.The sleep quality and cancer-related fatigue scores were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency and sleep disorder in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of present fatigue degree,last 24 hour fatigue degree,the most fatigue degree,general activities,emotions and enjoying life in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions TCM emotional nursing combined with acupoint massage can effectively improve the sleep quality and cancer-related fatigue of chemotherapy patients with lung cancer. |
