Influence of Diversified Nursing Based on Demand Theory on Postoperative Anesthesia Recovery of Elderly Patients

Objective To explore the influence of diversified nursing based on demand theory on postoperative anesthesia recovery of elderly patients.Methods 400 elderly patients undergoing anesthesia surgery were randomly divided into observation group(diversified nursing based on demand theory)and control group(routine nursing).The postoperative recovery,complications and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results The wake-up time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the Steward score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of complications and restlessness during awakening in the observation group were 3.00%and 2.00%respectively,lower than 19.50%and 10.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 98.00%,higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Diversified nursing based on demand theory for elderly patients undergoing anesthesia surgery can shorten the wake-up time,reduce the complications and improve the nursing satisfaction degree.
