| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course high quality nursing combined with early rehabilitation exercise in minimally invasive surgery for patients with spinal fracture.Methods 150 patients with spinal fractures admitted to our hospital were divided into observation group(whole-course high quality nursing combined with early rehabilitation exercise)and control group(routine nursing)according to single and even numbers.The mental state score,VAS score,Barthel index,postoperative recovery and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS,SDS and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the Barthel index and quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The bed rest time,basic self-care time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusios Whole-course high quality nursing combined with early rehabilitation exercise can reduce the negative emotions of patients with spinal fractures,and improve the ability of daily living and quality of life. |
