新型BacT/ALert FA/FN PLUS聚合物吸附珠血培养瓶对模拟菌血分析性能的研究

摘    要:目的探索新型BacT/Alert FA/FN Plus 聚合物吸附珠血培养瓶对菌血症的检验分析性能。方法选择菌血症患者常见9种病原体和常用9种抗菌药物,将预制的菌液、抗菌药物和血液注入血培养瓶,采集5d内各培养瓶报阳率和报阳时间,比较具有不同抗菌药物吸附剂的血培养瓶对不同细菌的分析性能。结果新一代BacT/Alert FA/FN Plus培养瓶对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白假丝酵母或热带假丝酵母检出时间明显快于其他培养瓶;但铜绿假单胞菌-哌拉西林/他唑巴坦组BacT/Alert FA/FN Plus和Bactec Plus培养瓶细菌平均检出时间(TTD)差异不显著;对厌氧菌无抗菌药物时BD-L厌氧瓶检出时间最快。结论 BacT/Alert FA/FN Plus聚合物吸附珠血培养瓶对临床常用抗菌药物具有强吸附能力,能提高血培养阳性率,有利于更快速、高效检出病原体。

Abstract:Objective To explore the detection ability of BacT/Alert FA/FN Plus polymer adsorption bead blood culture bottle for bacteremia.Methods Nine kinds of common pathogens and commonly used antibiotics were selected from patients with bacteremia.Prefabricated bacterial solution,antibiotics and blood were injected into blood culture bottles.The positive rate and positive time of each culture bottle were collected within 5 days.The blood culture bottles with different antibiotics adsorbents for different bacteria were compared to analyse the detection ability.Results The detection time of new generation BacT/Alert FA/FN Plus culture bottle for Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans or Candida tropicalis was significantly faster than other culture bottles.However,there was no significant difference in TTD between BacT/Alert FA/FN Plus and BACTEC Plus culture bottles in the Pseudomonas aeruginosa piperacillin/ tazobactam group.The detection time of BD-L anaerobic bottle was the fastest as there was no antibiotics for anaerobic bacteria.Conclusion BacT/ALert FA/FN Plus polymer bead blood culture bottle has strong adsorption capacity for commonly used clinical antibiotics,which can improve the positive rate of blood culture,and is conducive to more rapid and efficient detection of pathogens.
