Application Effect of Targeted Comprehensive Health Management on Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To explore the application effect of targeted comprehensive health management on patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 160 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group(targeted comprehensive health management)and control group(routine health education).The health behavior ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of exercise,health responsibility,nutrition and psychological well-being in the two groups increased,and the scores of exercise,health responsibility,nutrition and psychological well-being in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The FBG,TC and TG levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical restriction,stable state of angina pectoris,attack of angina pectoris,treatment satisfaction degree and disease cognition degree in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted comprehensive health management can improve the health behavior ability and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease,and control the risk factors.
