终末期肾病血液透析患者生存期与相关因素分析

目的 调查分析终末期肾病血液透析患者生存期与相关因素。方法 选择2015年1月至2015年11月于我院行维持性血液透析的116例终末期肾病患者,统计其生存期。根据5年随访结果将患者分为生存组和死亡组,建立Logistic回归模型分析影响患者生存的危险因素。结果 随访结果显示,患者1年、 3年、 5年生存率分别为93.97%、 75.00%、 50.86%。单因素分析结果显示,两组患者的年龄、血压及Hb、 Glu、 Alb、 HDL水平比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic分析结果显示,年龄、血压、 Glu、 Alb是影响终末期肾病血液透析患者生存的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论 随着终末期肾病血液透析患者维持性血液透析时间的延长,患者的生存率逐年降低,且患者年龄、血压、 Glu及Alb水平与患者生存期密切相关。

Analysis on Survival Time and Related Factors in Hemodialysis Patients with End-Stage Renal Disease

Objective To investigate and analyze the survival time and related factors of hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal disease.Methods 116 patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2015 to November 2015 were selected,and the survival time was counted.According to the 5-year follow-up results,all patients were divided into survival group and death group.Logistic regression model was established to analyze the risk factors affecting the survival of patients.Results The follow-up results showed that the 1-year,3-year and 5-year survival rates were 93.97%,75.00%and 50.86%respectively.Univariate analysis showed that statistical difference was found in the age,blood pressure and the levels of Hb,Glu,Alb and HDL between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic analysis showed that age,blood pressure,Glu and Alb were independent factors affecting the survival of hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal disease(P<0.05).Conclusions With the extension of maintenance hemodialysis time in hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal disease,the survival rate decreases year by year.The age,blood pressure,Glu and Alb are closely related to the survival time of patients.
