The Influence of Qingqi Huatan Decoction Combined with Individualized Intervention on the Immune Function and Inflammatory Factor Level in Patients with Severe Pneumonia

Objective To explore the effect of Qingqi Huatan decoction combined with personalized intervention on immune function and inflammatory factors in patients with severe pneumonia. Methods 84 cases of patients with severe pneumonia in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected from December 2019 to January 2021,and they were divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group,with random number table method. The patients in the control group were given bronchoalveolar lavage and sputum suction by fiberoptic bronchoscope on the basis of conventional treatment,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Qingqi Huatan decoction on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 7 days,and personalized intervention was used during the treatment. The clinical efficacy,immune function and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 92. 86%,which was significantly higher than 71. 43% of the control group. After treatment,the serum CD4⁺,CD4⁺/CD8⁺levels of the two groups were at a higher level than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the serum CD8⁺,IL-6,CRP,PCT levels of the two groups were at a lower level after treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Qingqi Huatan decoction combined with personalized intervention can effectively control the development of severe pneumonia,improve the immune function of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and enhance the therapeutic effect.
