Effect of Calcium Dibutyryladenosine Cyclophosphate Combined with Amiodarone in the Treatment of Heart Failure Complicated with Arrhythmia

Objective To explore the effect of calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate combined with amiodarone in the treatment of heart failure complicated with arrhythmia.Methods 120 patients with heart failure complicated with arrhythmia were randomly divided into observation group(calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate combined with amiodarone)and control group(amiodarone).The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.00%,higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the stroke volume(SV)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LVEDD)and left ventricular end systolic dimension(LVESD)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.33%,which had no statistical difference with 16.67%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions Calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate combined with amiodarone in the treatment of heart failure complicated with arrhythmia has significant effect,which can improve the cardiac function of patients,with higher safety.
