一体化护理模式在放射科护理管理中的应用及对护理质量的影响

目的 观察一体化护理模式在放射科护理管理中的应用效果及对护理质量的影响。方法 将2020年5月至2021年4月我院放射科收治的100例患者随机分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施一体化护理模式。比较两组的风险事件发生率、科室护理质量及护理满意度。结果 观察组的风险事件发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的18.00%(P<0.05)。观察组护士的基础护理、专科护理、文书书写及技术操作评分均高于对照组护士(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为94.00%,高于对照组的68.00%(P<0.05)。结论 一体化护理模式在放射科护理管理中的应用效果显著,可明显降低患者风险事件发生率,提高护理质量和护理满意度。

Application of Integrated Nursing Model in Nursing Management of Radiology Department and the Influence on Nursing Quality

Objective To observe the application effect of integrated nursing model in nursing management of radiology department and the influence on nursing quality.Methods 100 patients admitted to our radiology department from May 2020 to April 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received integrated nursing model on this basis.The incidence of risk events,department nursing quality and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of risk events in the observation group was 4.00%,lower than 18.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of basic nursing,specialized nursing,document writing and technical operation of nurses in the observation group were higher than those of nurses in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 94.00%,higher than 68.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Integrated nursing model in nursing management of radiology department has significant application effect,which can significantly reduce the incidence of risk events and improve the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction degree.
